Developing New Leaders. Promoting Positive Work Environments.Welcome to my website!
My name is Dr. Piyawan Charoensap-Kelly. I go by my nickname, Pui. I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Communication at Southern Methodist University. As a student in my class, you will learn how to develop yourself professionally and use your voice to make positive changes in society. As a reader of my research studies, I hope you will have a greater understanding about the interplay between communication, emotion, and gender roles in conflict negotiations, identity management, and cross-cultural collaboration. As my client, you will find theory-based yet practical ways to develop positive work environments and increase your revenues through effective communication. I am originally from Thailand. I love cooking, listening to Bossa Nova, playing Words with Friends, and travelling the world with my husband. |
"The day when you stop building your own environment... when you stop waving a magic hand and gracing everything around you with magic and beauty, things cease to be magical, things cease to be beautiful.”
